The Process Centred Framework®
is based on the principle that a company must understand
all of its parts and the relationship between these parts
before the company can be successful. We view businesses
as organic entities or objects, with each object
maintaining any number of relationships with other
business objects. This view of a business or organization
is captured in the Process Repository.
These groupings of related business
objects, in turn, require organization and structure in
order to operate effectively and in concert with each
other. KTW believes that any business or organization is a
constantly adapting system of
interrelationships and interdependencies.
The Process Centred Framework® approach calls for working with the client to:
-
define clearly the future direction of the
business
-
develop the best means for getting there
-
check for progress
-
take corrective action as required
While doing this, KTW is constantly ensuring that the
stakeholders (customers, employees, investors) of the business ecosystem and
their interdependencies remain in balance and satisfies their respective
needs.
The Process Centred Performance Framework® framework integrates
with the Plan/Do/Check/Act (PDCA) cycle from quality methodologies, supports
Six Sigma efforts and meets ISO 9000-2000 requirements.
In KTW’s holistic approach to helping its customers, it is important to
understand the business fundamentals in order to implement strategy. With
this in mind, the KTW team analyzes and designs key process improvement
initiatives with the understanding of the impacts on people, processes,
procedures and systems.
